Lavina is featured in the cohort for her work as the co-founder of Enertia Worldwide, a rewards, loyalty, and fulfilment technology company that helps businesses strengthen customer engagement. With more than 15 years of experience in banking and business operations, she manages and drives a platform that brings together loyalty programmes, rewards, payouts, gifting, and fulfilment.
